I hold a specialty license in supervision. My varied work experiences have allowed me to develop knowledge for key elements of success to assist Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) in reaching their full potential, even in intense workplace settings, such as day treatment, residential care, and other fast-paced, high-stress environments.

I have excelled in workplace settings that require Medicaid documentation and expertise for diagnostic evaluation. DSM diagnoses with which I am familiar include disorders usually first diagnosed in infancy, childhood, or adolescence, impulse-control disorders, anxiety, mood, adjustment disorders, substance-abuse related disorders and schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders.
